The Johns Island Community Association's "livability task force" was created to improve the quality of life for all Johns Islanders. From litter control to storm water issues, our goal is to help our neighbors with livability concerns.

Road Maintenance

Johns Island roads are maintained by Charleston County and SCDOT, depending on who "owns" the roadway. If you have a concern about a road on Johns Island, we encourage you to place a work order request with appropriate agency.
